These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User", "you") and hgzi ("hgzi", "we", "us", "our"), the operator of the online betting platform accessible at hgzi.io. By accessing, registering on, or using any part of the hgzi platform, you confirm that you have read these Terms in full, that you understand them, and that you agree to be bound by them. To use hgzi's betting and gaming services, you are required to create a player account. When registering, you must provide accurate, current, and complete information. hgzi reserves the right to request supporting documentation to verify the information provided at any time.

• One account per person: Each individual may register and maintain only one hgzi account. Multiple accounts are strictly prohibited. If hgzi identifies duplicate accounts linked to the same individual, all associated accounts may be closed and any funds held within them may be forfeited.
• Accurate information: You must provide your real full name, date of birth, valid email address, and a valid mobile number. Providing false, misleading, or incomplete information constitutes a breach of these Terms.
• Verification: hgzi may require identity verification ("KYC") before processing withdrawals or at any other point. Accepted documents typically include a national identity card (NID), passport, or other government-issued photo identification. Failure to provide requested documents within a reasonable timeframe may result in account suspension.
• Account currency: All hgzi accounts are denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). The ৳ symbol is used throughout the platform to denote amounts in BDT.

hgzi reserves the right to decline any registration application without providing a reason, at its sole discretion.

You are solely and entirely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your hgzi account credentials, including your username, password, and any two-factor authentication codes. You must not share your login details with any other person under any circumstances.

• You must notify hgzi immediately at [email protected] if you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorisation.
• hgzi will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to keep your credentials secure, or from any activity that occurs on your account prior to you notifying us of any suspected unauthorised access.
• hgzi may, at its discretion, implement additional security measures including but not limited to device verification, login alerts, and temporary account locks when suspicious activity is detected.
• You must ensure that you log out of your account at the end of each session, particularly when using a shared or public device.

hgzi accepts deposits in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT) via a range of local and international payment methods, including bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank, City Bank, BRAC Bank, Visa, and Mastercard. The availability of specific payment methods may change from time to time without prior notice.

• Minimum deposit: The minimum deposit amount is ৳100 per transaction, unless otherwise stated on the deposit page.
• Own funds only: You may only deposit funds that belong to you. Depositing funds on behalf of a third party, or using a payment method not registered in your name, is prohibited.
• Processing times: Most deposits via bKash, Nagad, and Rocket are credited to your hgzi account instantly or within a few minutes. Delays caused by your payment provider are outside hgzi's control.
• Transaction fees: hgzi does not charge a fee on standard deposits. However, your payment provider may apply their own transaction charges, for which hgzi accepts no responsibility.
• Failed deposits: If a deposit is debited from your payment account but does not appear in your hgzi balance within 30 minutes, please contact our support team at [email protected] with your transaction reference number.

hgzi reserves the right to refuse, reverse, or place a hold on any deposit that it reasonably suspects to be associated with fraudulent or suspicious activity.

Withdrawals from your hgzi account are subject to the following conditions. hgzi is committed to processing legitimate withdrawal requests promptly and fairly.

• Verification requirement: Your account must be fully verified (KYC complete) before your first withdrawal request can be processed. hgzi may request additional documentation for subsequent withdrawals at its discretion.
• Minimum withdrawal: The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500 per transaction, unless otherwise stated.
• Same method policy: Withdrawals will generally be processed to the same payment method used for your most recent deposit. This is a standard anti-fraud control.
• Processing time: hgzi aims to process withdrawal requests within 24 hours of approval. The time taken for funds to appear in your payment account depends on your provider and may vary.
• Pending bets: You may not withdraw funds that are currently committed to open bets or pending casino rounds.
• Wagering requirements: Bonus funds and any winnings derived from bonus funds may only be withdrawn after the applicable wagering requirements have been satisfied in full.

• Bet acceptance: A bet is only confirmed once you have received a confirmation notification from hgzi. hgzi reserves the right to decline or void any bet prior to confirmation.
• Odds changes: Odds are subject to change at any time before a bet is confirmed. The odds displayed at the moment your bet is submitted are the odds at which your bet will be accepted, subject to availability.
• Voided bets: hgzi reserves the right to void any bet that has been placed on an event that has been cancelled, postponed, or where an error in the odds has been identified. In such cases, the stake will be returned to your account.
• Maximum stake and payout limits: Maximum stake and payout limits apply to all markets and may vary by sport, event, and market type. These limits are displayed on the relevant betting market page.
• In-play betting: In-play bets are accepted subject to the live state of the event. hgzi endeavours to suspend betting markets promptly at key moments (e.g., wickets, goals), but accepts no liability for bets accepted during a brief delay in suspension.
• Results: The official result as determined by the relevant governing body (e.g., ICC for international cricket, BPL match officials) will be used to settle all relevant markets.
